The MLB elected it’s new commissioner after a vote of 22 of the 30 teams in the MLB wasn’t reached, but one owner apparently was convinced to elect Rob Manfred to the commish job.

Derek Jeter had a corn maze cut out of a cornfield in New Jersey as a thanks for his many years on the Yankees. A great gesture by a local radio station in North Jersey.

Jessica Alba kicked up her heels on a ceremonial first pitch and didn’t look too bad doing it.

A minor league manager went the extra mile with an argument with an umpire but went a bit risque on the crowd as he started to take his uniform off in protest to the call as well. A scene that didn’t look too well we’re quite sure.
